You would like to send a flash device or accessories in for repair?

Here’s how it works:

1) Fill out the repair form for each individual device.

2) You will receive the completed form as a PDF via email. Please print it out and include it with the device.

3) Pack the device securely for transport in a suitable box. If you do not have a suitable box, we would be happy to send you one (for a fee).

4) Once we have received and inspected the device, we will email you a cost estimate. Please note that a fee applies for cost estimates if you decide not to proceed with a repair or a new purchase. This fee is waived in cases covered by warranty.
