The following prices and rental terms apply to rentals via our headquarters in Würzburg. We offer this service only within Germany.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 3 days or more: 5% discount
• 5 days or more: 10% discount
• 1 week (7 days) or more: 20% discount; 2 weeks or more: 35% discount
• 1 month or more: 50% discount

Weekend = 1.5 days  (Friday from 3:00 PM to Monday 10:00 AM)

Minimum rental amount: EUR 20.00 (net)

• All prices listed in the respective rental price list apply to a rental period of a maximum of 24 hours (= 1 day), regardless of the actual duration of use.
  
  
• Equipment must be returned by 10:00 AM on the following day. In the event of a late return, the full daily rate plus a 30% surcharge as compensation for loss of use will be invoiced.
  
  
• Flash units and continuous lights are rented out including spare bulbs. If these are not returned in their original packaging, they will be charged to the customer; the same applies to power cables, sync cables, and similar items that are not returned.
  
  
• All prices are based on pickup; shipping is possible only in exceptional cases, and shipping, freight, or courier costs are generally borne by the recipient. Shipping transit times are included in the calculation.
  
  
• For customers not personally known to us, we reserve the right to require a rental deposit of at least half the value of the equipment.
  
  
• By signing, the customer confirms receipt of the rental equipment in perfect, fully functional condition. Any damage or defects discovered after the equipment is returned are the responsibility of the renter.
  
  
• The equipment is not insured against theft, loss, or damage!
  
  
• Hensel-Visit accepts no liability for damages of any kind arising from the operation of the equipment, nor for damages resulting from the failure of the rented equipment.
  
  
• Any necessary repairs (excluding the replacement of bulbs, fuses, etc.) during the rental period may only be carried out by authorized service partners.
  
  
• A fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged for covering over, removing, or destroying rental stickers.
  
  
• Net prices are subject to statutory VAT.
  
  
• Rental invoices are payable immediately, net of any deductions. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of HENSEL-VISIT GmbH & Co. KG i. I. (97076 Würzburg, Germany) or those of the respective partner studios apply. Please note that not all items may be immediately available at all locations.
