This steel-and-aluminum stand can be used both as a boom stand and as a standard tripod stand. The base of the stand is made of stainless steel, while the two upper extension sections are crafted from aluminum. An integrated tilting joint allows these upper sections to be configured either as a conventional stand or as a telescopic boom arm.

A sandbag is included. When using the unit as a boom stand, we recommend attaching a second sandbag - or an equivalent lead weight - to the base of the stand to ensure greater stability.
